Opportunities for state and municipal support for couples with reproductive challenges
Access to IVF procedures should not be limited by financial difficulties. At New Life – Specialized Medical Center for Gynecology, we offer our patients assistance and support in applying for national and municipal funding programs. These programs partially or fully cover the costs of diagnostic tests and assisted reproductive techniques such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, and ICSI.
Municipal IVF funds
New Life – Specialized Medical Center for Gynecology collaborates with various municipal programs that support couples facing reproductive challenges. These programs provide partial or full funding for a range of tests and procedures, including:
- Hormonal and genetic testing
- Sperm analysis
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
- In vitro fertilization (IVF)
- ICSI – Intracytoplasmic sperm injection

Assisted reproduction center (ARC)
The Assisted Reproduction Center is a division under the Ministry of Health that funds up to 3 IVF/ICSI procedures for couples with confirmed infertility, treatable through assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
New Life has a contract with the ARC and actively works with patients approved under this program.
What is covered:
- IVF – In Vitro Fertilization
- ICSI – Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection
- Part of the tests and procedures related to preparation
